LivingSocial website customer service gets a D- in my grade book

Check out the bottom right hand of this page… under “Top-Notch Customer Service” as a part of LivingSocial Member Bill of Rights. It says to call, email, tweet, etc. with any issue. But my problem with that is I cannot find ANY PLACE on the page, on my account, etc. where it says “Contact Us”. Definitely sending mixed messages… “Call us and we will help you” but then not give us the number to call.

 

Way to go!!! I give it a D- no matter how good the deals are.
