Raw Milk

I am so thankful I found a co-op that sells raw milk near me. Fresh from a local farm, organic, grass fed. I also was able to get grass fed ground beef, and farm fresh eggs. Now, life can go back to normal!! My dog's LOVE raw milk, and so do I. It is so healthy for you. And, since my surgeries are over and done with, and I don't ever plan on having another surgery in my life, I can sufficiently say that I am on my way to being back in shape and the healthiest I have ever been in my life. Give me a few more months, and you will see. I am starting to workout to a DVD. I have never done that before. I am doing Tae Bo, and then I will do some kickboxing when I get bored with the tae bo. But my goal is to do that 3x a week, and alternate days with my arm strengthening (for my physical therapy). It has only been a few days so far and my arms / shoulders are really showing a difference. You can even see a bicep muscle on my right arm WOOHOO!! Not so much on my left arm yet, but since the bicep tenodesis, well, I think I have a ways to go.

And after my workouts I am doing the sauna for 35-45 minutes. I try to move around during the day more, stretching in the office, etc. It really helps. I am trying to cut out most sugars, and only eating sugar/sweets sparingly, as a treat. Keep the fats in, and good proteins. Whole milk, eggs, real butter. Well, I don't use much butter as it is, but when I do, I prefer the healthy stuff. I love red meat. But I will stay away from starchy foods.

So that is my game plan. Lots of water, tea, milk. Take my vitamins and colloidal minerals. Extra vitamin D in the winter.

I am tired, but I feel great.
